Description

 Our Facilities department is seeking an experienced MEP Maintenance Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort's Facilities Department 6-8 member trades’ staff. Primary responsibilities include coordinating maintenance and repair workload; overseeing subcontracted services, material purchases, and performing maintenance and repairs as required.

This position requires an associate's degree or higher. The ideal candidate possesses 10+ years of facilities operations and maintenance work with established knowledge and skills in mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and HVAC. Supervisory experience and ability to coordinate projects required. The willingness to take weekend shifts in rotation with others and be on call for emergencies required. Must have a valid drivers' license and clean driving record.
