Description

We are seeking a seasoned, high energy, hands on Assistant Manager to join the team in the Great Room Grill at Spruce Camp.  This position reports directly to the Spruce General Manager and is responsible for managing a staff of 10 cashiers and 15 floor attendants. This includes payroll and service standards training.

This is a 40+ hour/week salary position starting on or around October 25, 2014 and wrapping up in Mid April 2015.  Hours are mostly during the day but some evenings are required.  Weekends / Holidays are a must.

Qualifications

·         5+ years F&B experience, 3 of that being supervisory

·         5+ years guest service experience

·         High volume cash handling experience needed

·         Point-of-Sale experience a must
