The Great Room Grill is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to handle high-volume, high-quality lunch and themed dinner services throughout the upcoming winter season. We are proud supporters of the Vermont Fresh Network and the Vermont Farm-to-Table food movement.

Candidates should have 3-5 years prior experience in a high volume environment (required).

Sous Chefs are responsible for the daily line operations; primary responsibilities include oversight and production of high quality, fresh and flavorful food while playing a leadership role in fostering a positive work atmosphere. Additional responsibilities include providing staff training in key areas and participation in our comprehensive safe. For the right candidate this is an excellent opportunity for an individual to grow and develop their culinary skills.

This position is seasonal full time that starts mid November 2014 and wraps mid April 2015.
