Description

Stowe Mountain Resort is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager for the Inn at the Mountain and Condominiums. The qualified candidate will be able to motivate others, think outside the box, and work well within a team. The Inn's strategy for improved quality requires a self-starting and dynamic individual that can see new goals to fruition. Candidates should have prior experience in front office hotel management.

The Front Office Manager oversees reservations, front-desk, bell services, night audit, the guest shuttle program, and continental breakfast program. This position is responsible for the success of the front office staff as well as hiring, terminating, evaluating, and most importantly, training for success and reports directly to the Lodging Operations Manager. This is a full-time year round position with benefits and is available right away.
