MANDATORY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROGRAM FOR ALL STOWE POSITIONS: Stowe Mountain Resort is a subsidiary of American International Group, Inc. (AIG). If you are applying for a position that begins on or after April 29, 2013 (“the Effective Date”) in the U.S. or a U.S. territory, AIG has adopted an Employment Dispute Resolution (“EDR”) program, which includes both informal and formal means such as mediation and arbitration, as the sole method of resolving most employment-related claims.
