12th ANNUAL NATIONAL ICE CARVING COMPETITION RETURNS TO STOWE MOUNTAIN RESORT
he country’s best amateur and professional Ice Carvers will compete at Stowe Mountain Resort this Saturday, January 21. The nationally sanctioned NICA event takes place during Stowe’s ten day-long Winter Carnival, an annual celebration that’s been happening since 1922.
