The Cottage
Just a stroll from Spruce Camp Base Lodge is a charming yet dramatic post and beam cottage featuring the rustic winter alpine cooking of Chef Jamie Nelson.
Lunch and dinner featuring fondue, charcuterie, small artisan-inspired plates to share, signature cocktails, reserve wines, local beer, cappuccino and espresso.

Thu/Fri/Sat – Lunch 11:00am-3:00pm
Thu/Fri/Sat – Dinner 5:00pm-9:00pm
Thursday dinner is a special event evening featuring the “The Cottage Collection Dinner Menu” and "The Cottage Collection Wine Menu".
Sun – Brunch 11:00am-3:00pm / Bar till 4:00pm
