Stowe Mountain Resort’s people are its greatest asset and principal investment. We offer the opportunity to enjoy all that the resort has to offer and encourage all staff to make fun and play a part of every work day. COMPLIMENTARY SKIING & SNOWBOARDING - We want our employees to ski or ride our mountain! Full-Time employees receive a Season Pass for themselves, their spouse and dependent children. Seasonal Part-Time employees receive a day pass for each day worked which may be used by them or a member of their immediate family. Employees that return season after season earn increased skiing and snowboarding privileges.
COMPLIMENTARY SKI and SNOWBOARD LESSONS - Group ski/riding lessons are complimentary to all employees and their immediate family members (spouses and their children). We encourage all employees to learn to ski or snowboard or to increase their abilities.
COMPLIMENTARY SKI and SNOWBOARD RENTALS - All employees receive complimentary ski and snowboard rentals on an as available basis with a deposit of driver’s license or credit card.
CHILDREN’S SKI PROGRAM DISCOUNTS - The Adventure Center offers discounts on all of its programs to the children of employees. For employees a full day price is $22.
DAYCARE DISCOUNTS - Daycare is provided to employees on a space available basis at a discounted rate. For employees, full day prices are $22 (includes ski lesson), half-day prices are $15. Reservations appreciated.
FOOD & BEVERAGE DISCOUNTS - All employees receive an approximate 50% discount on food and non-alcoholic beverages in designated cafeterias, 30% discount in resort restaurants.
RETAIL DISCOUNTS - All employees receive a 30% discount in all Stowe Mountain Resort Sport and Gift Shops.
REDUCED LIFT TICKETS – Extended family qualify for a 30% discount off a full day lift ticket. See Human Resources or Guest Services for more information and who qualifies.

FREE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION IN THE LOCAL AREA (Winter only) SERVICE AWARDS AND STAFF RECOGNITION PARTIES 2007 SUMMER STAFF PRIVILEGES TRY THE BUNGEE TRAMPOLINE - Strap into the bungee harness and catch the biggest air of your life between bounces. INFLATABLE OBSTACLE COURSE - Put yourself to the test in this kid-friendly summer attraction. See how fast you can run through this pumped-up vinyl proving ground on your own, or go head-to-head with your friends for fastest time bragging rights. GONDOLA SKY RIDE - Take the easy way up in the famous Stowe gondola. Spectacular views await you near the peak of Vermont's highest mountain. From the gondola, access hiking trails or stop for a bite in the lift summit snack bar. TOLL ROAD - The historic auto Toll Road zigs and zags its way to the summit ridge of Mt. Mansfield where stunning views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondack Mountains await you. GOLF AT STOWE COUNTRY CLUB - With its beautiful undulating fairways and manicured greens, the country club occupies what was a turn of the century dairy farm and golfers have watched as the course matured into a challenging, but rewarding test of golf. Staff golf clinics are held Thursday evenings. HIT THE TENNIS COURTS - Staff members are invited to enjoy our clay tennis courts on a space available basis. Tennis clinics, round robins and lessons are all offered to staff members at a minimal rate. RETAIL DISCOUNTS - Use your Summer ID receive a 30% discount at all of Stowe Mountain Resort’s retail outlets. Don’t forget the Stowe Country Club Pro Shop! This discount does not apply to sale items and may not be used in conjunction with any other discount.
FOOD & BEVERAGE DISCOUNTS - We encourage our staff members to enjoy the culinary skills of our food & beverage department, at a 30% discount in the summer.
