Students must present an original, signed letter from the registrar’s office or a copy of student’s National Student Clearing house verification of student enrollment stating your full-time or part-time* status for the 2015 – 2016 school year. No exceptions. Valid photo ID is required.
Student ID alone is not acceptable. This proof must be presented at the Season Pass Office in Spruce Camp Base Lodge upon pickup. No refunds will be issued on College Passes.

To qualify for a LAWA Pass, you MUST present proof of residency.

Access will not be activated until proof of residency documentation has been processed by Stowe Mountain Resort. Only persons named on documentation are eligible.

To prove Lamoille or Washington County residency, applicants must provide two (2) forms of proof which show residential address:

1. Valid VT Driver’s License (or) Homestead Property tax bill.
2. AND one of the following:

• Utility bill (gas, electric, wired telephone, wired cable, or heating oil delivery bill) that contains the customer’s name (no more than 60 days old)
• Homestead Property tax bill – current year with customer’s name and residential address
• Lease or Landlord statement.
• Homeowners/Renters insurance (policy/proof of claim).
• Pre-printed pay stub with employer’s name and address, customer’s name and residential address (no more than 60 days old).
• Pay stub with employer’s name and address, customer’s name and residential address (no more than 60 days old)

US Military, Active Duty:

  • If residing in Vermont
    – see above.
  • If residing out-of-state
    – military ID and proof Vermont is their residence in military records, such
    as Leave and Earnings Statement or orders.

2015-16 Express Assumption of Risk Agreement

 SEASON PASS REFUNDS:

1. Prior to Opening Day:
a)    A person may receive a refund when moving out of the area.  A letter indicating transfer from past or present employer, college or university is required for verification.  B) A person may receive a refund if unable to ski due to medical reasons.  A letter from a doctor is required for verification.  c) An administration fee of $20 will be deducted from the refund amount.  D) Please allow 6-8 weeks for refund.

2. Opening Day through January 2, 2016
a)    A person may receive a refund if unable to ski due medical reasons only.  A letter from a doctor is required for verification.  The percentage of refund is as follows: up to 30 days of the operation into the season – 50%.  After 30 days of operation into the ski season – 0%.  B) An administration fee of $20 will be deducted from the refund amount. C) please allow 6-8 weeks for refund.

3. After January 2, 2016
No refunds will be processed after January 2, 2016.  Including passes that have not been used or fulfilled

NOTE: Season Pass prices do not include the cost of the Evolution Stowe Card ($5 each). Customers who do not have an Evolution Stowe Card (ESC) from last season must purchase an ESC with their season pass. Evolution Stowe Cards are non-refundable. Please note, all rates, dates and products subject to change without notice. All tickets and products are non-transferrable and include VT sales tax. No refunds will be processed after January 2, 2016, including all passes purchased and not picked up.
