Season Pass Refunds

When ordering your season pass by phone or Internet, you agree to all Stowe Mountain Resort's refund policies. Please allow 6-8 weeks for your refund to be processed.

Refunds before the season begins...

  • You may receive a refund when moving out of the area. A letter indicating transfer out of the area from past or present employer, college or university is required for verification. 
  • You may receive a full refund if unable to ski for medical reasons. A letter from a doctor is required for verification.
  • An administration fee of $20 will be deducted from the refund amount.  

Refunds after the season starts...

  • You may obtain a refund only if you are unable to ski for medical reasons. A letter from a doctor is required for verification.
  • Refunds may be requested during the first 30 days of operation and will be issued for 50% of the original cost, less a $20 administrative fee.
  • After 30 days no refunds will be issued. 

Percentage of refund after start of season:

No refunds processed after January 2, 2011. This includes all passes purchased and not picked up. Please note that, prior to being issued any Stowe Season Pass, each person will be rquired to sign the Express Assumption of Risks of Forum Selection Agreement. For prospective passholders under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian's signature is required on this agreement.

Tax

6.00% state sales tax will be added to taxable items shipped within Vermont .

We suggest you return your package via an insured traceable method to ensure a safe, documented delivery.

Exchanges

If you are exchanging merchandise from our retail locations, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will send a replacement item of equal or lesser value free of charge; however if you would like to upgrade your shipping method or purchase more expensive or additional items, you are responsible for any additional charges incurred.

Refunds

If you are returning merchandise from our retail locations for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We'll refund the value of the item and tax (if applicable).

Gift Cards

Gift Cards may be purchase by calling (800) 253-4SKI. Gift Cards may be used at all Stowe Mountain Resort owned and operated outlets including: our restaurants, ski school, shops, ski rental and lift tickets.
