Cubs Child Care
Cubs Child Care is located in our state-of-the-art new space in the Adventure Center and is open daily.
Cubs is a licensed child care program with experienced and nurturing staff, located at Spruce Peak base area. Our day includes playtime, arts and crafts, songs, stories, games, outdoor play and rest/quiet time.
Cubs Child Care 2016-2017
Ages: 3 months to 3 years
What: State of Vermont licensed child care with an outdoor play area
Where: Adventure Center, Spruce Peak
When: Open 8am-4pm
Food: Lunch and snacks are provided
Daily Rate: $170 (Includes VT meals tax.)
What to Bring:
- Indoor shoes (required by VT law)
- One full change of clothes
- Diapers and wipes
- Familiar toy or blanket to help with transition
- For infants: formula, bottle and food
- Bathing suit
- Water shoes
- Sun hat
- Sunscreen for re-application (please apply before arriving)

Cubs is a NUT-FREE facility. Products containing peanuts or tree nuts are not permitted on the premises.
Helpful Hints: Please note that young children often find transition difficult, especially in a new environment. Please allow time to get your little one settled in at Cubs. We encourage you to bring one special item like a blanket or stuffed animal. The staff at Cubs is experienced, patient and understanding about separation problems and everything possible will be done to make your child feel comfortable. Parents are always allowed at the child care, and phone calls are welcome.
At drop-off you will be required to complete registration forms. These forms require a significant amount of information and will be kept on file for the season. Save time by printing and completing the below forms and bringing them with you to drop-off.
Call to Reserve
Reservations are required and available on a first-come first-served basis. Contact our Children’s Reservations Staff at 802.253.3685, or 800.253.4SKI x3685.
In order to secure your reservation, we charge a deposit of $100 per child at the time of booking. You may change or cancel your reservation with no penalty if you notify us at least 24 hours prior to your reservation, by calling 802-253-3685 and leaving a message (if necessary) or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations within 24 hours and “No-Shows” will be charged a $100 per child cancellation fee. Weather and snow conditions are not viable reasons for cancellation.
