Ice Skating at Spruce Peak – Closed for the Season
Located just steps from the Spruce Camp Base Lodge is the brand-new Ice Rink at Spruce Peak Village Center. Our outdoor rink is the perfect complement to your Stowe Mountain Resort experience. Lights, music and tons of fun!
Guided Snowshoe Tours – No longer offered for the Season
Enjoy your winter season with a Guided Snowshoe Tour. Discover the great outdoors with Stowe Mountain Resort Snowshoe Guides who will lead you on an exploration of woodland trails, frozen waterfalls and open meadows. Experience an inspiring twilight tour to ease into your evening at the end of a fun-filled day.
Stowe Rocks – Indoor Rock Climbing
Stowe Rocks is the indoor climbing center at Stowe Adventure Center. There is a Kid Zone, a 30 foot high Program Wall and a 40 foot high, Elephant Head Rock tower. There are a total of 16 stations from which Top Rope or TruBlue Auto Belay systems are set up, each featuring multiple routes.
Cross Country Skiing and Snowshoeing – Closed for the Season
Spend time in the woods on our cross country ski and snowshoe trails. Stowe Mountain Resort’s Cross Country Ski Center offers 45 km of groomed trails and 30 km of backcountry terrain. At our rental shop, we offer a full menu of nordic snowsport gear including snowshoes, touring gear, performance skate ski and classic ski packages, backcountry and telemark gear. We also have a full selection of kids gear down to age three, including little snowshoes and sleds for the sledding hill. Also available is a pulk sled for parents with infants/toddlers.
