Resort Dining at Stowe

CLIFF HOUSE RESTAURANT

Distinctively situated on the shoulder of Mount Mansfield, the Cliff House brings fine dining to new heights.  The rustic interior pays homage to the Austrian roots of our chalet with spectacular panoramic-view seating and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the surrounding alpine peaks. Featuring an open kitchen, Cliff House serves regional American cuisine with a rustic Vermont flair. Our commitment to using the freshest seasonal and artisan ingredients can be tasted in every mouth-watering dish and sinful dessert; and our hand-selected wine list and tantalizing cocktails will complement any meal. Reservations are not taken for lunch.

Serving Lunch daily, 11:00m - 2:30pm. See the Cliff House 2014 Winter Lunch menu here.

On select evenings in both the winter and summer/fall, the Cliff House offers high altitude dinners featuring a gondola ride to the top.

SOLSTICE RESTAURANT

Imagine a place where the food is both refined and casual; where it becomes not just a meal, but an experience. Where the ingredients come from the surrounding area, exceptionally fresh, natural, and in many cases, organic. Where each course is crafted for your benefit, and you walk away not just full, but utterly satiated. There is such a place - Solstice - the intriguing artisan-inspired restaurant of Stowe Mountain Lodge.

Vermont is New England's most venerated location for farm fresh produce, heirloom grains and local craftsmanship. Stowe Mountain Lodge has already partnered with local Vermont farmers, cheesemakers, and other talented artisans, as well as small farm advocacy groups like the Vermont Fresh Network and Chefs Collaborative, to create a dining experience that is unique to the area, both on the plate and throughout the restaurant environment.
