Winter 2025/26 Race Details
Master's Training:
Competition Services offers race training open to the public on select Saturdays starting 1/11/2025. This half-day session includes gate training from 9:00am -12:30pm. Professional coaching is included.
- Must be 18 years old or accompanied by and instructor/coach. Special arrangements can be made for younger racers, contact stowecompservices@vailresorts.com for more information.
- Training begins at 9:00 AM or as soon as weather/hill preparation allows.
- Half-day training session concludes by 12:30 PM.
- Training sessions include giant slalom and slalom training. Please see the training session schedule below.
- Training meets at the timing building at the base of Competition Hill

Ski Bum Training:
Ski Bum training runs in conjunction with the MMSCA’s Ski Bum race series. Are you a Ski Bum racer looking to shave a few tenths off of your race time? Or maybe you are a new racer looking to run gates for the first time? Come join in on this half-day race training held on select Thursdays throughout the season. See dates below.
- January 8, 15, 22, 29, February 5, 12, 26 March 5, 12, 19, 26

Group Training Events
The Competition Services Department offers customizable group training events. We can provide hill space to accommodate slalom or giant slalom training. We also provide timing, expert coaching, and video analysis.
