In Vermont, the term farm-to-table extends far beyond fresh produce and meats. WhistlePig, the state’s most esteemed craft distillery, makes rye whiskey in a converted dairy barn on the shores of Lake Champlain and delivers its artisan spirits all winter to our WhistlePig Pavilion at the center of Spruce Peak Village.
This ideal après-ski spot is perfect for warming up with a cocktail and watch the ice skating outside or step inside for a full menu of options, including fire-warmed raclette. Join the regular toast experience with complimentary gourmet cider donut bites.
